• We started working with Chad in 2004 when we began building a home in Mooresville. Chad was referred to me by a friend and after our first meeting, I had complete confidence in the level of work he would do for us. It was very apparent to me that he was honest, forthright and was listening to what the vision was for our home. The entire process of building our home was stress free and Chad played a huge part of that. He was instrumental in helping me decide on all the selections of my home - the fixtures, lighting, paint colors, furniture and the overall design of my home. We sold that home in 2007 after 2 months on the market (furniture and all) and embarked on designing and building another home in Cornelius. When we started this next home, Chad was involved from the from the very beginning. He was involved in the architectural design of the home and was with us at every meeting. His insight, along with ours, helped to create a home, inside and outside, that would meet our needs and vision. He was always opening our minds to new ideas and suggestions. He had some great ideas and some we had never thought about. Those rooms and designs are some of our favorite areas in the home! Chad and I worked together looking for new furniture and he spent countless hours "creating" drapery designs, faux designs and the overall look of our home. My husband and I are more than pleased with the way this home turned out. Each and every day when I go into my master bedroom, I am more than thrilled! He knew that was the most important room in the house to me and I was blown away when he "allowed" me to enter the day we moved in!! We owe so much to Chad for all the hard work and dedication he has always given us. He has always been open to listen to what we want and he also "pushed" us to think outside the box. • I recently worked with Chad on a number of renovations in my condo and I was really pleased with our working relationship and the finished projects. I loved that Chad was very organized and willing to take on whatever tasks I needed him to. He did a bunch of pre-work in terms of looking at products and arranging convenient times for me to meet him at showrooms. He did a great job of using his creativity and got me to think outside my “box” causing me to rethink a number of things I felt I had to have! He arranged for the heavy destruction and reconstruction to be done when I was out of town – and it was finished when I returned, just as he promised!!!
